Thank you for recommending Royally Homemade. This programme is our way of appreciating customers who share our products with others. Please read these simple terms before joining. By applying to and participating in the programme, you agree to them.
Referral reward: 200 Gold Coins to the referrer and 100 Gold Coins to the referred customer on the first qualifying purchase. Repeat-purchase commission: 5% from the referred customer's second qualifying purchase onwards.
1. Who can join
The programme is for existing Royally Homemade customers aged 18 or above. Joining is free. There are no compulsory purchases, joining fees, sales targets or recruitment requirements.
2. How to join
Create or sign in to your account at RoyallyHomemade.com, submit an application and wait for approval. Once approved, you will receive your own referral code. The programme is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Your referral code
Use your code only to refer genuine customers. You must not use it for your own purchases or for accounts that you own, operate or control.
4. First qualifying purchase rewards
When a referred customer completes their first qualifying website purchase of at least ₹1,000 in eligible net product value, the customer receives 100 bonus Gold Coins and you receive 200 bonus Gold Coins. No 5% commission is payable on that first qualifying purchase. These bonus coins are awarded once per successfully linked referral.
5. Repeat-purchase commission
From the referred customer's second qualifying purchase onwards, you receive a 5% commission on each qualifying purchase while the programme remains active and you remain eligible. "Lifetime" means for as long as the programme continues; it is not a guarantee that the programme will operate forever.
6. How commission is calculated
Commission is calculated on eligible product value after discounts and the value of Gold Coins actually redeemed on that order, and excluding GST/taxes, shipping, delivery and handling charges. Gold Coins newly earned on the same order are not deducted from the commission calculation.
7. Minimum order value
A qualifying purchase must have an eligible net product value of at least ₹1,000 after discounts and redeemed Gold Coins, and before shipping and GST/taxes. This minimum applies to the first purchase and every later purchase.
8. Website purchases only
Only completed purchases made through RoyallyHomemade.com by a customer signed in to their website account can qualify. Purchases through WhatsApp, social media, offline sales or any other channel are not eligible. Guest checkouts are not eligible.
9. Linking a customer to you
The referred customer must enter your referral code at checkout while signed in to their website account. Once the account is successfully linked to an affiliate, it cannot be switched to another affiliate by entering a different code.
10. Existing customer accounts
An existing Royally Homemade customer may join the programme as an affiliate by applying and receiving approval. Their own earlier purchases do not earn referral commission or referral bonuses. A customer account already linked to an affiliate cannot be linked again to another affiliate.
11. Forgotten or incorrect codes
A code that was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, cannot normally be added after checkout. We may correct attribution where our records confirm a genuine website or technical error.
12. Commission status and payment
Commission first appears as pending. It becomes available after successful delivery, expiry of the applicable return/refund period and verification of the transaction. You may request withdrawal when your available balance reaches ₹3,000. Payment will be made to a verified bank account in your name, subject to the payout process and timelines displayed on the website.
13. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Cancelled orders, full refunds, chargebacks and orders not successfully delivered do not earn commission or referral bonus coins. For a partial return or refund, commission is recalculated on the eligible amount finally retained by Royally Homemade. Later refunds or chargebacks may require a related commission adjustment.
14. Replacements
A replacement sent directly by Royally Homemade to resolve an earlier order is not a new website purchase and does not earn a second commission. A separate new website order or additional paid purchase will be assessed on its own facts.
15. Adjustments and errors
If a commission or reward is credited by mistake, we will explain the adjustment. Any recovery or adjustment will be limited to the incorrect amount and handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law; it may be adjusted against future commission or recovered through lawful means.
16. Gold Coins
Referral bonus Gold Coins follow the same earning, validity and redemption rules as ordinary Royally Homemade Gold Coins. They are separate from affiliate commission and cannot be withdrawn as cash. The ordinary customer loyalty programme continues to operate under its own terms.
17. Taxes and legal deductions
You are responsible for reporting any income you receive and meeting tax or registration obligations that apply to you. Royally Homemade will make tax deductions or collect tax documents only where required by applicable law. Please provide accurate payment and tax information when requested.
18. Honest referrals and prohibited conduct
Please share your genuine experience and refer people respectfully. Do not create fake orders or accounts, use self-referrals, manipulate tracking, mislead customers, post fake reviews, make unapproved medical or product claims, impersonate Royally Homemade, send spam, or offer unauthorised discounts or guarantees.
19. Advertising and brand use
You may not run paid advertisements using Royally Homemade brand names or trademarks, create misleading promotions, or use our logos, images or other brand material in a way that suggests you officially represent us without our written permission. Where required, clearly disclose that you may receive a referral reward.
20. No recruitment or sub-affiliates
This is a single-level customer referral programme. You do not earn money or rewards for recruiting other affiliates, and you cannot appoint sub-affiliates or collect payments on our behalf.
21. Your relationship with the brand
You participate as an independent referrer, not as our employee, agent, partner, franchisee or spokesperson. You cannot set prices, accept customer payments, promise refunds or results, or make commitments on behalf of Royally Homemade.
22. Customer privacy
Use referral information only for genuine referrals and keep it private. Your dashboard may show limited or masked order information needed to understand your rewards; it will not provide unrestricted access to customers' personal details. Do not misuse or share customer information.
23. Review, pause or removal
We may review activity where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms. We may temporarily pause affected rewards while checking the matter and will aim to explain the outcome. If a breach is established, we may cancel invalid rewards or end participation. Genuine, undisputed accrued commission will not be forfeited merely because you are inactive.
24. Changes or closure of the programme
We may update or close the programme with reasonable notice. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove commission already properly earned before the effective date. If the programme closes, we will provide a reasonable process for eligible affiliates to request payment of their available balance, including balances below the usual withdrawal minimum.
25. Support, disputes and governing law
For help or a concern, contact royallyhomemade@gmail.com. We will review programme-related concerns in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and the rights available to consumers under law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot legally be excluded.
